用料  

红糖 Brown sugar 100g
温水 Warm water 200g
酵母 Yeast 5g
面粉 Wheat flour 200g
红枣碎 Red dates 60g
油 Oil 20g

  1. 100g红糖用200g温水化开。  5g酵母,200g面粉,搅拌均匀,发酵1小时。                                                                                                                           Disolve 100g of brown sugar in 200g of warm water.
