meringue roll
large egg white 3
caster sugar 125 (this is the min amount)
tata powder a pinch
chopped hazenuts 40g
filling
dark chocolate 100g
double cream 200g

Hazelnut Meringue roll的做法  

  1. beat egg white,一点一点加糖,打到peak后加入塔粉。最后fold in chopped hazenuts

  2. spread on a baking sheet, oven 170 15min.

  3. turn the roll upside down on a clean baking sheet. roll it to form the 'roll' shape. wait until cool completely.

  4. melt the chocolate in a bowl over the water. at the same time beat the cream to soft peak. gently fold in the melted chocolate (not too hot).
