用料  

shrimp patty soup的做法  

1. prep shrimp
   1. cut off heads for soup base
   2. peel the body and smash each into a patty with your mallet

2. base:
   cilantro
   dried seaweed
   red chilli
   sesame
   sugar
   pinch of salt
   1 spoon of vinegar
   2 spoons of soy sauce
   1 spoon of sesame oil

3. add shrimp heads into the pan and saute till orange oil comes out
   
   add hot water to boil

4. add shrimp patties
   - optional: oyster mushroom slices

5. add shrimp patties after they're done into the base, pour the soup in as well
