用料  

松饼配料
1汤匙亚麻籽 1 tbsp flaxseed millet 1汤匙
3汤匙水 3 tbsp water 3汤匙
90克燕麦片 90g oats 90g
1根香蕉 1 banana 1根
1汤匙花生酱 1 tbsp peanut butter 1汤匙
2茶匙泡打粉 2 tsp baking powder 2茶匙
½茶匙肉桂 ½ tsp cinnamon ½茶匙
40克香草蛋白粉 40g vanilla protein powder 40g
180毫升豆奶 180ml soy milk 180毫升
40克鹰嘴豆粉 40g chickpea flour 40g
6茶匙椰子油 6 tsp coconut oil 6茶匙
Toppings
1根香蕉 1 banana 1根
6汤匙素食酸奶 6 tbsp vegan yoghurt 6汤匙
70克蓝莓 70g blueberries 70g
70克树莓 70g raspberries 70g
3汤匙枫糖浆 3 tbsp maple syrup 3汤匙
3汤匙花生酱(可选)3 tbsp peanut butter (optional) 3汤匙

什锦莓子蛋白松饼MIXED BERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES的做法  

  1. 调制松饼面糊
    Make the Batter

  2. 在碗中倒入水,然后加入亚麻籽拌匀,放在一边静置3-4分钟。
    Put the flaxseed millet in a small bowl with the water, stir and set to one side for 3-4 minutes

  3. 把燕麦片倒入搅拌机中,快速搅打成粉状。
    Put the oats in the blender and blitz in to a fine flour

  4. 然后在搅拌机中加入香蕉、花生酱、泡打粉、肉桂、蛋白粉、豆奶、鹰嘴豆粉和亚麻籽水,快速搅打顺滑。
    Add the banana, peanut butter, baking powder, cinnamon, protein powder, soy milk, chickpea flour and flaxseed mixture into the blender and blitz until smooth

  5. 准备toppings
    Prepare the toppings

  6. 剥开香蕉,并切成薄片;把大个的蓝莓和树莓对半切开。
    Peel the banana and finely slice | Cut any large berries in half

  7. 装饰
    Dress the pancakes

  8. 在盘子里叠放三片松饼,先浇上一半的素酸奶,然后撒上一半的香蕉片和浆果,然后挤上一半的枫糖浆,最后浇上一半的花生酱(如果用到花生酱的话)。

    Stack 3 of the pancakes on to a plate | Spoon over half the vegan yoghurt | Sprinkle over half the sliced bananas and the berries | Drizzle over half the maple syrup | Top with half the peanut butter (if using)

  9. 重复前面的步骤装饰第二份松饼,然后就可以吃啦。
    Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately
