用料
椰子粉 Coconut Flour | 80g |
蛋白粉 Protein Powder | 60g |
椰子糖浆 Coconut Nectar | 10g |
原味芝麻酱 Tahini | 10g |
水 Water | 60ml |
可可粉 Cocoa Powder | 5g |
抹茶粉 Matcha Powder | 5g |
海盐 Sea Salt | 2g |
葵花籽 Sunflower Seeds | 10g |
黑巧克力 Dark Chocolate | 100g |
无蛋奶的能量巧巧的做法
椰子粉、蛋白粉、椰糖浆、芝麻酱、海盐和水一起混合均匀(太干或太湿可以适量添加水或蛋白粉)
Mix together coconut flour, protein powder, coconut nectar, tahini, salt and water to form a dough (add more water if too dry or more protein powder if too wet)面团分成3等分,1/3加入可可粉,1/3加入抹茶粉,混合均匀
Divide the dough into 3 equally sized portion, add cocoa power to one of them and matcha powder to another, and mix into the dough面团擀成5mm厚度,冷冻40分钟
Roll out each portion into 5mm thick sheets and freeze for 40 minutes冰箱取出后把原味面皮分成2等份,两层可可/抹茶味面皮中夹心原味面皮
After freezing, cut the original flavoured sheet into 2 pieces and sandwich between each of the 2 flavoured pieces用擀面杖稍稍压紧,切成小块
Press slightly with rolling pin and cut into bite size pieces巧克力隔热水融化(水温不要超过100度)
Melt chocolate over hot water (don’t let the hot water boil)能量块放入巧克力酱中完全包裹后放在油纸上,冰箱冷藏1小时
Dip the energy bits in chocolate until completely covered and chill in fridge for 1 hour巧克力定型后就可以吃啦

小贴士
如果不追求vegan,可以用任何蛋白粉代替

椰子糖浆可以用枫糖浆或蜂蜜代替,芝麻酱也可以用其他坚果酱代替
Coconut nectar can be substituted with maple syrup or hone, tahini can be substituted with any nut better
融化巧克力的时候切记不能碰到水,会破坏巧克力的分子结构,最后定不了型
When melting the chocolate make sure there is not water in the bowl, or the chocolate molecule structure would be disrupted and may not set properly
