This is how we made bread at home. My Mom's traditional recipe. It is not sweet or something. It doesn't really have a flavor. Simple and good for the breakfast. Good with butter or any kind of jam.

milk | 1 cup |
flour | 200 g |
baking powder | 2 tea spoons |
cinnamon powder | 1 teaspoon |
salt | half teaspoon |

First, preheat the oven to 250 degree and turn if off. Just mix all the ingredients together. Milk should be warm but not hot. And you need to let it rise till it double its size. And put it in your pan and let it rise for an hour in the oven. Then you can put some flour on the top and some butter. It will look like in the picture.
This is when it is done. Simple and good.

If you dont like the cinnamon you can skip it. And you can make it with water instead.
